Family law

Steven A. Mason has handled hundreds of divorce cases and has represented clients in disputes involving spousal maintenance, alimony, child custody, child support, division of marital assets and visitation (known in Florida as "time-sharing"). In addition to divorce cases, he has handled paternity, domestic violence and juvenile issues.

Community Association Law

Today, more and more residential developments in South Florida are governed by community associations. We have advised numerous condominium associations, cooperative boards, and homeowners' associations regarding rules enforcement and collection of assessments. Mediation
